DEMOREST, GA - The Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association announced Monday that Gordon State's Taylor Beigle was named the league's Pitcher of the Week for games played between February 20-26^th.

Beigle appeared in relief in three games last week, which covered 8.1 innings of work and secured wins against Coastal Alabama – East and Wabash Valley College (IL).  She gave up only 1 earned run and posted a 0.843 ERA with three strikeouts. 

The Highlanders will be back in action this weekend at the NFCA Leadoff Classic in Columbus, GA.
