COLUMBUS, GA. – Gordon State Freshman DP/C Emmalyn Gable (Hampton, GA.) has been named to the NFCA Leadoff Classic All-Tournament Team.  

Gable provided much of the Highlander offense on the weekend against NJCAA D1 and D2 nationally ranked teams. In 5 games played, she hit .438 with 2 doubles, 2 home runs, 10 RBI's, 1 BB, 1 HBP and scored 2 runs.   

Gable and the rest of the Highlanders will be on the road Tuesday for a non-conference doubleheader at Cleveland State (TN).  First pitch is slated for 1:00 PM.
