DEMOREST, GA. --- Gordon State freshman shortstop Kendall Huelsman brought home her second Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association Player of the Week Honor, the league announced on Monday. 

In four games, Huelsman batted .562 which included 9 hits, 4 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homerun, 6 RBI's and 6 runs scored.  She also had 7 assists and 6 putouts in the field. 

The Highlanders now enter post-season play as the #4 seed in the NJCAA Region XVII Tournament.  They will face Georgia Military College on Thursday at 2:00 PM at Strong Rock Christian School in Locust Grove, GA.  Games will be live-streamed at www.jockjive.com.
