Maliek Daniels is an experienced and passionate Assistant Basketball Coach with a commitment to player development, teamwork, and strategic excellence. Coach Daniels has 5 years of coaching experience. He has 3 years coaching experience at the high school level. 1 year as an athletic director and head basketball coach at the middle school level and 2 years experience at the Junior College level. He has a proven track record of helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. Coach Daniels played two years of junior college. One year at South Georgia Technical College. One year at Enterprise State Community College. He finished his college career at Division II Trevecca Nazarene University. He also played professionally two years overseas in Central America.

 

In previous roles as an assistant coach at Luella High school and Lithia Springs High school, both programs reached the sweet sixteen. At Cowan Road Middle School, as a head coach and athletic director, the team reached the Championship game coming in second place. As an assistant at Southern Crescent Technical College, Coach Daniels helped 2 players move on to the next level signing scholarships at the Division II and NAIA schools. Coach Daniels brings a winning attitude and intensity to Gordon State College basketball program.
