Ashlyn Halseth starts the scoring with an assist to Jordan White

The Highlander defense was once again stifling as Gordon State records a fourth consecutive shutout, allowing Andrew College only two shots on keeper Brooke Shavers. The Highlanders are now 4-0 overall, and 3-0 in the GCAA.
Jordan White started the scoring in the 18th minute of the first half off a corner kick with the assist going to Ashlyn Halseth. Less than 3 minutes later, White turned provider as she set up Skylar Bertram to put the Highlanders up 2-0 for the half.
In the second-half, Isabelle Vazquez continued the scoring in the 67th minute when her header found the back of the net off a cross from Demi Kiker. Seven minutes later, Kiker assisted Bertram in her second goal of the game. Bertram added her third minutes later in the 84th minute, finalizing the score at 5-0 GSC.
Bertram completed her hat trick of hat tricks as she scored three goals in each of the last three games. She now has nine goals on the season and is fourth in the nation in goals scored. http://njcaa.org/sports/wsoc/2018-19/div1/leaders
The Highlander's next game will be played next Wednesday at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College at 5:00 PM.
